What happens if I change my job?

borofree is only available to employees of companies that have signed up to our service.

borofree is only available to employees of employers who have signed up to borofree.

If your new employer is not signed up to borofree then please refer us, via support@borofree.com, to their HR department and leave the rest to us.

You will still be able to browse in the borofree app and redeem existing retail cards, but you will not be able to make new retail card purchases.

Please contact us at support@borofree.com to inform us of a change to your employment status.
